Why a luxury search deserves its own desk
The premium tier of San Antonio renting plays by different rules than the rest of the market. The buildings are fewer and prouder, the marketing is glossier, the fee stacks are deeper, and the best boutique inventory never reaches a listing site at all. A search method built for garden-style volume simply misses it — so we built a desk that works the way this tier actually leases: relationships with buildings, verification before recommendation, and numbers in writing.
The working method is curation over volume. A consultation about how you actually live — the budget is the least interesting question we ask — then three to six buildings chosen against it, each with its true monthly itemized: rent plus amenity fees, parking, valet trash, tech packages, and whatever else the building charges every month. Tours are private and arranged around your calendar. We tell you the trade-offs of each building class out loud, because a client surprised in month two is our failure, not the building’s.
Two things you should know plainly. First, the service is free to you — communities pay licensed locators a referral fee when you lease, and we would rather say that in the open than let you wonder. Second, we operate under a sponsoring brokerage regulated by TREC; our brokerage details and licence number will be published here at launch, alongside the required TREC notices. We describe buildings and neighborhoods by their features, never by who lives there, and we serve every renter equally.
